Orders & Ordering
  • Creating an account on the store site allows you to track your order status
  • Once your order is placed and paid in full, your order status will display the order as "Pending" with a yellow dot
  • When the order officially ships, it will receive the status "Shipped" with a green dot
  • View "All Orders" in your account to view the tracking numbers associated with each of your orders
  • If you checked out as a guest, you can Contact US or call our toll-free number at 1-800-874-2852 and we can provide you with your order's status
  • Online orders are processed once a business day for the Little League online store
  • Please allow 24 business hours processing once the order is placed
  • Little League orders ship business days only Monday through Friday and do not include federal Unites States holidays
  • Once your order has received the "Shipped" status and tracking number, the order will ship by end of day
  • Creating an account on the store site allows you to view prior order history
  • Note: by checking out as a guest, you agree to a limited check-out experience (nor order history tracking or instant re-order features
  • Please be advised since launching the new website, previous order history may have been lost in the conversion. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
  • To inform us of a cancellation via email, fill out a Contact Form to let us know you wish to cancel your order providing your Name and Order Number in the contents
  • To inform us via phone, call us at our toll-free number 1-800-874-2852 during our business hours Monday through Friday 9AM to 5PM EST excluding federal United States holidays
  • Once we receive the request, we will cancel the order and apply the total amount to the card or your Paypal account provided during checkout
  • All refunds are returned in the form of payment provided at checkout, no exceptions for online orders
  • We can accommodate quantity adjustments, item exchanges/cancellations, and address changes you wish to make to your order. Please call us at 1-800-874-2852 within 30 minutes of placing your order
  • Address changes cannot be processed once the order has shipped
  • Once the order has shipped, the details for the order cannot be changed until the customer receives the order
  • Please allow 24 business hours processing to receive your tracking information
  • If you track your order and the carrier says it was delivered, but you did not receive it, we suggest contacting the carrier first
  • If the carrier could not help, call us at our toll-free number 1-800-874-2852 or Contact Us and we will attempt to locate the order
  • If you received your order and any, or all, of the products are damaged, please Contact Us or call our toll-free number 1-800-874-2852 and we will resolve the issue
  • Please include any pictures in the contents of the contact form if possible
Returns & Exchanges
  • Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt
  • Returns with an original receipt or packing slip will be refunded in the original form of payment only
  • Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached
  • If merchandise was received damaged, please contact us immediately for further instructions
  • To initiate a return, please contact customer service at 800-874-2852 or via email at orders@littleleague.org. Please include your order number in any communication.

  • We recommend using a trackable method of return for the safety of the package
  • We ask that you not include any payment information with your return
  • A customer service representative will contact you once the package is received to finalize the return
  • Shipping and tariff fees are non-refundable
