My Order
Once your order is placed, please allow 24 business hours processing time for your order to ship. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information via the e-mail you provided at checkout. If you did not provide an email during checkout, you can contact us toll-free at 1-800-874-2852 and we can provide you with the tracking number. Depending on the selected shipping option, please allow upwards of 5-7 business days on Flat Rate shipping, 7-10 days for USPS orders to Alaska and Hawaii, and 7-21 business days on World Wide Saver Shipping.
  • Online orders are processed once daily for the Little League ® Online Store, usually in the morning at the beginning of the business day
  • All online orders will ship the following day during the business week, any orders that are placed on-line during the weekend will be shipped the upcoming Monday.
  • All phone orders placed before 4 P.M. EST ST. will be shipped the following day, and orders placed after this time will ship the day after next.
  • Little League® orders ships business days, except during the Little League World Series® hosted each year in August
  • Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include federal holidays within the United States.
Little League International® understands sometimes customers have a change of heart and wish to cancel their order. While the amount of time you have to cancel your order is limited, you can follow these steps to request a cancellation:

  • Contact us at our toll- free number 1-800-874-2852 during our business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST to cancel an order. Please make certain to supply your order confirmation number or last name of the “bill to” at your earliest convenience to have the order halted 
  • An email should be directed to orders@littleleague.org specifying the order confirmation number and the name of the “bill to” on the order, along with a contact phone number.  
  • For a refund, you may need to provide the full credit card number as this is secured with our system and we do not have access to that sensitive information from our secure site
  • PayPal refunds will be given via PayPal, and an email confirmation will generate from PayPal.  
  • Please note that we can accommodate for adjustments of items ordered or address changes and you may call us at 1-800-874-2852 to make those changes prior to your order shipping. Please contact us soon as possible after your order is complete to make any changes of items or for address
  • Once the order has shipped, you may opt to return for item adjustment, but the order cannot be adjusted for address changes at that point. 
  • If you want to cancel your order because one or more items became unavailable, please contact Customer Service. Customer Service will assist with cancelling only the unavailable item(s)
Little League International ® may be forced to cancel your order due to circumstances that arise during processing.

  • Your order could be cancelled for the following reasons:The item(s) is no longer available
  • We were unable to process your payment
  • We are not able to ship to the address provided, or unable to attain an alternate address
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • Pricing or promotions errors
  • Product set-up errors
You will receive an email detailing that cancellation has occurred and credit or authorization holds will be removed from your account based on the tender used.

For online payment with credit, ATM debit or check card:  In the event the order is requested for cancellation, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution, typically within 3 to 5 business days.

For PayPal payments, refunds will be directed back through PayPal to the same account used.  An email should generate from PayPal once the refund is completed.
  • Occasionally, orders may become lost in transit or delivered to an incorrect address, arrive in separate packages or delivered to a different location of your home other than the normal delivery area.  
  • Please use the tracking number provided to you via email once the order has shipped to track status at either www.ups.com for UPS shipments, or www.usps.com for United States Post Office deliveries.
  • If something is missing or damaged* on your order or you did not receive your order at all, call us as soon as possible toll-free at 1-800-874-2852 or email us at orders@littleleague.org and a tracer will be placed on the order
  • *All our items are shipped via UPS, UPS Worldwide Saver or United States Postal Service (USPS)
  • *Please send a photograph to orders@littleleague.org of all damaged items for us to improve quality assurance.
  • If a size is not listed on the website, we are currently out of stock of the item/size. During the Little League World Series it not uncommon that we re-order select region apparel to accommodate the event and its guests. During this time, the website is extremely busy and often items go out of stock immediately. Check back daily to see any new merchandise that has arrived, and we recommend purchasing it then because even if it’s in your cart, another customer could purchase it.

Shipping Information
  • A tracking confirmation number should generate at the end of the day once the order ships.  Notification of this track is sent to you via email.
  • Visit the UPS order tracking page to check your order status. www.ups.com
  • USPS Flat Rate also has tracking available at www.usps.com
  • Little League, Inc ® ships within the continental US via UPS regular ground (typically 5-7 days delivery time), 2nd day or Next day options 
  • Little League, Inc ® ships United States Post Office Priority Mail (typically 3-5 days delivery time)  
  • UPS Worldwide Saver is the preferred method for orders shipping outside continental US
  • APO/FPO addresses are eligible for shipment via US Postal Service
  • Please Note: If you select Expedited shipping, your order must be received and credit must be approved by 12:30 p.m. EST, or it may not be processed until the next business day. Expedited shipping is available as noted above. You can view complete shipping options for your product in your shopping cart prior to completing your order.
All international packages are shipped via UPS WorldWide Saver unless otherwise specified. The recipient is responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border before delivery. Shipping charges will be added if they were not calculated during checkout. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-874-2852.
  • Shipping costs are determined by your item's size and weight, your selected shipping method, and your delivery address
  • In your shopping cart, we show your estimated shipping cost, based on the lowest price shipping method available. If you select a different shipping method or live outside of the contiguous United States, your actual shipping cost may be higher.
  • Costs are pre-determined by UPS and are not negotiable.  
  • Typical flat rate shipping is offered occasionally.  Flat rate shipping may ship either US Postal Service or UPS, dependent upon the shipping address provided. 
  • Expedited shipping costs are also available for Next Day or 2nd Day shipping options only within continental USA
Returns
Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns with an original receipt or pack slip will be refunded to the original form of payment. Merchandise must be in good condition, with tickets attached. If merchandise was received damaged, please contact us immediately for further instructions.

Please include your name and order number for ease of reference.  
We recommend using a trackable method of return for the safety of the product and your personal information. We ask that you not include any payment information with your return. A customer service representative will contact you once the package is received to finalize the return. Checkout
Little League International® offers any one of the four major credit cards for use as payment options. We also accept PayPal.
District Administrators have a charge privilege that allows up to $1000 for an Accounts Receivable charge, net 60 days for payment.

Important Information about Payment
For security purposes, we require that the Billing Information provided match that of the cardholder.  Failure to provide this information may cause your order to be delayed or canceled.  Please note the charge on your statement will appear from LittleLeagueStore.net.

Promotional codes provided by Little League are for use exclusively on apparel and souvenirs from our website.  To take advantage of a Promo Code, you must “Review Cart”, after choosing all desired items, to enter the Code in the proper box. The discount will automatically calculate. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-874-2852.
If you are having difficulties completing the checkout process, we ask that you review your billing information. Often this information is flagged due to abbreviations, the street address, or zip code.   • Patches are required as Rule 1.1 of the Little League Rulebook. The Little League Official Shoulder Patch is the only recognized identification which sets a Little Leaguer apart from all other children who play baseball and softball. The patch symbolizes unity behind the Little League mission of promoting citizenship, discipline, teamwork, and physical well-being for the millions of Little Leaguers throughout the World. Use of the Official Patch is mandatory for all divisions of Little League for both regular season and tournament play.

  • Patches are determined by level of play, beginning at the Tee-Ball level progressing up through the program, available in both Baseball and Softball patches. Challenger patches are available for our Challenger program as well. Umpire patches are also available. The patches are available as an iron on patch, but may be sewn on per your league’s preference.

  • The following levels are available for Baseball:
    • #5A   |   Tee-Ball
    • #15A   |   Intermediate
    • #10A   |   Little League
    • #25A   |   Junior League
    • #20A   |   Senior League

  • The following levels are available for Softball:
    • #7A   |   Tee-Ball

  • As an incentive for those wanting to aim for the Little League World Series, we do also have available our “bundle” patches, which has a “rocker” style arched patch to be attached above the regular Official Shoulder Patch.  This is an optional patch, and not required.

Little League Baseball® Custom Baseball Championship banners are available through our online store at the following link:

When you place an order for a Championship banner, Custom banner, or Mini-banner, please anticipate a two to three week turnaround time. Orders for banners are received by a third party vendor. When placing your order, please fill out all the pertinent information relative to the banner.  A proof will appear prior to “accepting” of the banner, and you can edit at any time prior to completing your order. Once you have completed your banner order, you cannot make changes.  Please contact Customer Service at orders@littleleague.org or call directly toll free 1.800.874.2852 at your earliest convenience for any changes.  Little League Customer Service will act as intermediary between your concerns and the banner vendor.  

Banner orders ship UPS only from the vendor.
Specify Date for above keystone logo, if you do not want a date, click in the "year" box and press the space bar on your keyboard. 

Choose the Division, choose the State, pick Division, District, or Section and Number Associated. Then choose the Achievement.

All Banners measure 6' x 3' of quality woven polyester for long lasting use and are one sided. Borders and letters are colorfast and water resistant. Blue Border only. All banners have grommets for Interior Display - NOT INTENDED FOR EXTENDED OUTDOOR USE.
