Once your order is placed, please allow 24 hours for us to receive your order and up to 2 business days to process and ship your order. Once shipped, you will receive the tracking information via the e-mail you provided at checkout. If you did not provide an email during checkout, you can contact us at our Support Portal or call us toll-free at 1-800-874-2852 and we can provide you with the tracking number. Depending on the selected shipping option, please allow upwards of 5-7 business days on Flat Rate shipping, 7-10 days for USPS orders to Alaska and Hawaii, and 7-21 business days on World Wide Saver Shipping.

  • Little League orders ship business days only, Monday through Friday, and do not include Federal United States holidays.
  • Please note, Little League observes extended closings in observance of major holidays.

  • We make every effort to process your online order as soon as possible; therefore, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing has begun. Little League International may be forced to cancel your order due to circumstances that arise during processing.

Your order could be cancelled for the following reasons:
  • The item(s) is no longer available
  • We were unable to process your payment
  • We are not able to ship to the address provided, or unable to attain an alternate address
  • A duplicate order was placed
  • Pricing or promotions errors
  • Product set-up errors
You will receive an email detailing that cancellation has occurred and credit or authorization holds will be removed from your account based on the tender used.

For online payment with credit:  In the event the order is requested for cancellation, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution, typically within 3 to 5 business days.

For PayPal payments, refunds will be directed back through PayPal to the same account used. 
  • Please allow 2 business days for processing to receive your tracking information
  • If you track your order and the carrier says it was delivered, but you did not receive it, we suggest contacting the carrier first
  • If the carrier could not help, contact us at our Support Portal or call us at our toll-free number 1-800-874-2852 and we will attempt to locate the order
  • If a size is not listed on the website, we are currently out of stock of the item/size.
  • During the Little League World Series it not uncommon that we re-order select region apparel to accommodate the event and its guests. During this time, the website is extremely busy and often items go out of stock immediately. Check back daily to see any new merchandise that has arrived.
  • We recommend purchasing a product as soon as possible, as holding the products in your cart does not guarantee availability.
  • Size charts are availble on products with "Size Chart" listed on the product pages.
Shipping Information
  • A tracking confirmation number should generate at the end of the day once the order ships.  Notification of this track is sent to you via the email you provided at checkout.
  • If you did not provide an accurate email at checkout, you will not receive your order confirmation email or tracking details.
  • Visit the UPS order tracking page to check your order status.
  • USPS Flat Rate also has tracking available on their tracking page.

  • Little League ships within the continental US via UPS regular ground (typically 5-7 days delivery time), 2nd day or Next day options.
  • We also ship United States Post Office Priority Mail (typically 3-5 days delivery time)  
  • UPS Worldwide Saver is the preferred method for orders shipping outside continental US
  • APO/FPO addresses are eligible for shipment via US Postal Service
  • Please Note: If you select Expedited shipping, your order must be received and credit must be approved by 12:30 p.m. EST, or it may not be processed until the next business day. Expedited shipping is available as noted above. You can view complete shipping options for your product in your shopping cart prior to completing your order.
  • Please be advised, due to COVID-19 restrictions, we cannot guarantee expedited shipping.
  • All international packages are shipped via UPS WorldWide Saver unless otherwise specified.
  • Please note: we do not offer Worldwide Shipping methods on orders over $2500.00.

  • Typical flat rate shipping is offered occasionally.  Flat rate shipping may ship either US Postal Service or UPS, dependent upon the shipping address provided.

  • Returns must be made within 30 days of original order
  • Returns with an original receipt or packing slip will be refunded in the original form of payment only

Important Information about Payment
For security purposes, we require that the Billing Information provided match that of the cardholder.  Failure to provide this information may cause your order to be delayed or canceled. Due to processing times, any return/refund requests must be maid 24 hours after payment.
December 2022 Promotion: Receive a free One Team. One Little League. Baseball with every online purchase of $50 or more. The product does not need added to the cart to receive the promotion. A free baseball will be added when the order is processed. Baseball is retail value $9.00. Shipping is included in the final price to qualify. Offer not available in store. Promotion expires December 31, 2022. 

Promotions and % off:
Our category or product promotions are cart discounts. To see the discount advertised on a product or category, the items must be added to the customer's cart. Once the item(s) is(are) in the cart with the appropriate qualifications, the discount will automatically be applied. These types of promotions include, but are not limited to: Buy One Get One offers, % off category/product discounts, and promotions offered with minimum amounts (cart total must equal minimum amount before adding discounted items).

Coupons: Our coupon codes can be added when viewing your cart or when checking out on the checkout page. Clearance and sale items are excluded from all coupons unless otherwise stated. All coupons are valid for one use per customer. Only one coupon code may be used per transaction. Coupons not applicable during World Series or on World Series merchandise during that time unless otherwise stated.

  • Please note that Rule 1.11, which outlines the patch requirement, will be in effect for the 2022 season. New for 2022, Little League International has established a new, unified patch that reflects all levels of the program. This patch, which matches our new Little League logo, can be used, regardless of the division of play, on your league’s uniforms, including umpires. “Rocker patches” that can go above the new patch for all divisions and roles will also be available, for those who wish to add those distinctions to your uniforms. If your league still has patches that have been previously purchased, you do not need to replace those patches, and limited quantities of our previous patches are still available, while supplies last.

  • Please be advised, these instructions are for home application with a standard iron. We cannot guarantee these instructions for industrial size garment machines.

  • Little League banners are available through our online store in the League Essentials Banner category.
  • When you place an order for a Championship banner, Custom banner, or Mini-banner, please anticipate a two to three week turnaround time (not including the shipping method selected upon checkout).
  • When placing your order, please fill out all the pertinent information relative to the banner.  A proof will appear prior to “accepting” of the banner, and you can edit at any time prior to completing your order. Once you have completed your banner order, you cannot make changes.
