Game play is just like normal baseball rules and scoring. Each player roles the dice when it is their turn at bat. See below for what each roll of the dice represents (you must add numbers together from each die):
2: Double
3: Triple
4: Homerun
5: Ground out (lead runner is out)
6: Walk
7: Pop out
8: Strike out
9: Single
10: Sacrifice Fly - all runners tag-up and advance one base.
11: Ground out or double play if man on first base
12: Stolen base or drop strike 3 if no one is on and batter gets first base.
